| Another roof leak ruined part of the ceiling in the kitchen. Termites ate out the doorframe between the kitchen and the living room, so we replaced all of it. | ||

| The small flight of stairs in from of Junior's shed rotted away, so we replaced them. | ||

| Junior's House: The Porch Roof | ||
| The porch roof was collecting water, which then leaked through onto the cement below. We replaced the soffet and facia to stop the leak and built up the back edge of the roof to make the water run off of it. | ||
